Right click on ck3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.

Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.

Is that any better?

Save file? So this is only happening in one particular campaign, is that the case? You can start and play a new one okay?

And, you don't seem to have set the refresh rate to 60 as I suggested? Please try that.

Looking at that error log it seems to be an issue with the video card or driver, obviously standard settings like that shouldn't crash anything.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

There is indeed a problem with your nVidia driver or card:
Fault bucket LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Pascal, type 0
Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Please try this:

- uninstall that driver and all other nVidia software
- reboot
- install late June 2022 by fresh download https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again

Good luck!

HappyOrganism said: I found more game that crash for me, it might actually be the GPU problem.
I think so too, especially if you still get that error I quoted above. Sorry about that! Probably time to contact nVidia.
