I'm already helping you in a Zendesk ticket on this issue.

Gerdenberg said: I'm having the same problem with Crusader Kings Iii bought through Steam on my desktop PC, just joined Geforce Now to. Play while I'm travelling. Trying to play though an Nvidea shield and it's the only game on Geforce now that won't load. After selecting the game to play I get the in Steam Crusader Kings "play now" pop up but when I click play it just sends me back to the main Geforce menu after a couple of seconds of the loading screen. Let me know if I should create a new thread.

The launcher starts with an error message that the mod order can't be loaded and that I should verify that the launcher has document access, then crashes during loading after pressing the "Resume" or "Play" button.
Is this still happening after 1.1.3?

What launcher version shows now?

What antivirus app do you use?

Launcher version shows: Launcher V 2020.12, and in the top left it shows a new update available and to restart the launcher, but restarting doesn't help. I think its because of the systems anti-virus not giving access to the documents so it can't update.

On android using no anti-virus, as I can't access the Geforce NOW rig's system settings, I'm not sure I can do anything about system permissions or firewall exceptions.
I don't know how stuff like antivirus is handled under GFN I'm afraid, but I suspect you are right.

Can you run the launcher and game at all without GFN? If so we can probably get that launcher up to date at least.

That response was actually to another user here, rather than you as such ... in any case the Shield is a whole other level of complication here, I frankly don't know what to suggest. So far as I know none of our products are tested on it.
