The last recommended AMD driver is still the one from May 2020, so I'd suggest doing another clean reinstall and using that.

If still an issue, well, I think the problem is elsewhere. Try unloading AISuite3.exe as I've seen that cause issues with our games.

Nothing obviously wrong in that Speccy output. Can I get new copies of the files in your OP here please?

Please do so in future, as similar symptoms don't necessarily mean the same root cause.

Lots of errors in that log, plus mention of bad mods. In dxdiag we see crashes in the Radeon software, so I'll try to cover all those possibilities here.

- uninstall the AMD driver and Radeon etc with this tool
https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx - reboot
- install the latest (June 2021) from here:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download - reboot again

THEN do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-CK3
- unsubscribe from ALL mods in the Steam Workshop for this game
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam CK3 or Documents CK3 locations, before installing again.

Good luck with that!
