[2023] Failed to create savegame

You get that same error with local saves? Because they write to a completely different place.  

Has it always been the case for you, or it used to work?

Does this affect both local and cloud saves?  

Please tell or show us what that error is.

And please confirm if it affects both local and cloud saves, or not.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

Clearing Cache and Deleting Files on a PlayStation, Xbox, or PC

support.activision.com
- install the game again
