[2023] DLC won't load

It is normal that if you click on those DLC icons, it takes you to the Steam store. That is not an indication they are not working!

If you are clicking on them to turn them on them in some way, there is no need - once they display in that screen as enabled, they are in the game and there is nothing else you need to do to get access to their features.
