Look around you here; I respond to every thread without exception. But you posted in the middle of my night; you need to account for timezones.
As to the issue, it is likely a game bug rather than something we in technical support can help with. All I can suggest is this:
- uninstall the game from the XBox
- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)
- install the game again
- test BEFORE restoring any old saves
If that doesn't help, please make a new thread in Bug Reports here, if it has not been reported there already.
