We don't have any other such reports, as yet anyway.

But why particular in-game routines would trigger such a thing is hard to understand. Have you excepted ck3.exe from Windows Defender, assuming that is your only AV app?

What if you make a new Windows user on this machine and log into it with that - same problem?
