Hello! I'm Innsmouthcarnival, fighting in a crusade is incredibly exhausting, thankfully I can go back to my home from which my wife brought me news that she is pregnant!

1. As mentioned in video on 1.3 Flavour packs will include regional/cultural features - so will we get culture specific inheritance laws? Such as lestvitsa system?
2. Will there be any penalties for characters who change culture?
3. What will happen to culture-specific perks and bonuses if a character changes culture?
4. Likewise what will happen with culture-specific dynasty legacies if a character changes culture?
