The pdx_settings file you sent in does not reflect that.

The game should not be set as Admin, that causes problems itself. This still happens when it is NOT Admin?

What fps rate do you see in the game just before it crashes?

I see some crashes in the MS Gaming App and Xbox app there:
+++ WER4 +++:
Fehlerbucket , Typ 0
Ereignisname: MoBEX
Antwort: Nicht verfügbar
CAB-Datei-ID: 0

Problemsignatur:
P1: Microsoft.GamingApp_2304.1001.15.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
P2: praid:Microsoft.Xbox.App
Check they are up to date.

And is the game installed in the old default place under C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ ? Or one of the new places C:\Xbox Games\ or D:\XboxApps\ ?

If the former, best to uninstall it and re-install in one of the latter locations.

I don't know then. What if you make a new Windows user on this machine and log into it with that. Any better?

What if you flag that folder as Read Only before you go back online again?

So this is her Xbox account but your copy of this game attached to your account, in some way? Sorry, I'm not really across how Xbox accounts work in that respect!

The other thread on this issue now finds the same thing - it works with one profile but not another. For them it happened immediately after a game crash, perhaps that corrupted the profile in some way.

We have no way of fixing profiles I'm afraid! Is that something you can take up with Windows or Xbox account support?
