Yes, Vulkan is really only provided in the Windows edition for diagnostic purposes, rather than being intended as a permanent thing to use.

The problem is with your nVidia driver or card:
+++ WER6 +++:
Fault bucket LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Maxwell_DmaCopy0, type 0
Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Please try this:

- uninstall it with this https://developer.nvidia.com/cleanup-tool
- reboot
- install August 2023 by fresh download https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again

AND you may as well run this Windows repair tool

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support

Describes how to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista. support.microsoft.com support.microsoft.com
If you still get those driver errors in dxdiag after that, please contact nVidia support for help.

Good luck!
