[2020] Premium bounty tokens are not always visible

Premium bounty tokens showing in the UI for the last couple days of a Hunt Pass were meant to be a feature, but it seems they caused some confusion. We are working on a fix so that they are always visible, no matter how far into the season we are.

Dates for this are still being discussed. Will keep you posted!
