[2020] Users are able to exceed the weekly limit of 300 marks (500 marks when including the additional quest) when successfully completing a Trial

~~We have taken Lady Luck’s store offline while we sort out this issue. We also have applied temporary service change to limit players from earning more than 500 of each. We are discussing internally how to handle accounts that gained more than the 500 marks that were intended. More on this soon!~~

Update: (7/19/19) The fix took! We will NOT be rolling back anyone who had more than 500 steel marks, nor will we be taking back any of the purchases from people who bought things from Lady Luck’s store with them before we disabled it.
