@Krul_Azlie It looks like it may be an issue with some countries' default button settings. Remapping your buttons should fix the problem!
@AnoosGrambo @EpicGames Ahhh that's because they're cosmetic rewards. You can apply their appearance to your current gear. Go to Main Menu > Loadout, select a piece of gear, and then click the green transmog stone icon. You'll see a list of appearances you can apply.
@MartyVendetta27 Matchmaking is slow right now, but you should be able to wait it out. We're working on getting it back up to speed.

@xDamio Platinum can usually only be used on the platform it was purchased on. If you want to check, you can see all of your platinum balances on your My Account page:
