No, it will open up later. There’s a short wait before Kickstarter processes the pledge amount, and then the pledge manager opens - late pledge probably too.

Hi, I wasn't able to donate to the Kickstarter when I had the chance as I was waiting on my payslip. Will I still be able to buy the deluxe edition when it comes out, or is it only available for the eligible backers?
There will be a late pledge option available very soon. It's detailed in this update. As for the game making it into retail circulation, I believe that is still not known.
