External link →I don’t have a ps5, I only have only ps4 and I did not switch account. So far I am thinking that I might have quit while it was saving which corrupted the save file.
Not sure how it works on PlayStation, but we do have the option to restore saves in the in-game options in the other versions. Try checking there.
