So is it the final secondary for the game, or the final secondary of 4 new secondaries this season?
Yes. As in, final this Season and maybe also of the game. No current plans to add more, but also no current plans to not add more.
Ok this new update sucks so whoever responded to me asking if it was last of season or game thank you! Does anybody have links to the other secondaries or weapons coming out?

By ‘final’, do they mean the last weapon of this cycle, or do they mean ‘no more weapons are being added to the game after this, ever’?
This cycle. While we’re not going to say never, but it will probably be a while before we consider more weapons. We have to add four at a time (one per class) and they have to have one of each of the weapon frameworks we already have + the new ones when we add those. Each also needs a handful of overclocks, so that’s around 24 overclocks in total. It’s not a trivial thing to do, and it adds more work every time we do skins and paint jobs.
When is season 2? And are the other classes getting another weapon too?
April, and yes - this is the fourth reveal of the four new secondaries - one for each class.

Engi defeated a shardbearer and made his new secondary from a rememberance and the shard combined.
We gotta work on getting him a shardplate too.
Now we can speculate about the next round of primarys. I want a tesla coil for gunner primary

TBH Im tired of all the new weapons being overengineered sci fi weapons, how about you bring us something standard.

No. The pump shotgun for engie is standard, the minigun for gunner is standard the beretta for driller is standard. This is overengineered sci fi shit.
How awfully boring it would be to just add more copies of those to a space dwarf robot alien game.
