Tea helps with hangovers, helps with some effects of alcohol consumption and it's a stimulant, so that would be a perfect drink after the dwarves have been drinking a lil' bit too much. That would also explain why Leaf-Lovers Special is a drink made to apeace management, because management likes tea!
