It's just herbal tea, served cold.
It would have no negative effects on a Human, and would probably even taste pretty good to them ! The thing is, it's a drink made from *leaves*¨ and *water*, the very two things Dwarves hate the most ! And to make matters worse, it's a *non-alcoholic* beverage !
No wonder Dwarves hate it. It may be safe to drink for Elves and Humans, but making a Dwarf drink a Leaf Lover Special is like forcing a vegetarian diet on your housecat. It's just plain wrong, and shouldn't be done.
