[2021] Can we get a longer Halloween event this year?

Maybe make sure the pumpkins aren't crazy like last year...but how about all October long, or maybe 2 weeks before October 31st? Of course if the devs don't see this then rip.

(Last year started on October 26th and ended on Nov 4th I believe, year before was something similar I think)
