[2020] I love this game but the last month or 2 me and my friends have been getting constant disconnects every 5 minutes (apart from whoever is hosting)

We are all either on PC or xbox, all bought from the microsoft store and this never used to happen. We literally cany play more than 5 minutes before everyone disconnects and has to try rejoin the host, I have checked almost every day to see if theres an update for the game to maybe address this bug but there isnt. It's such a shame because all.of us want to keep playing this game but it takes its toll when you literally cannot play with your friends. Anyone else has this issue?
