[2021] First time encountering a troll. Any solutions?

I’ve removed this post as it goes against our rules on naming and shaming. Steam usernames are not unique, and screenshots of the ingame chat does not mean that a corresponding Steam profile with the same username was the person you played with. We’ve had people pretending they were someone else in the past, and we will not accept anyone being harassed over something as vague as an easily changeable in-game username.
