Okay so I play on PC using the xbox game app. Recently I bought the supporter pack dlc because I wanted to support the developer's. However I was also hoping to get those sweet Weapon and armour skins. But for some reason they do not appear in game. I have tried contacting support. But that was over a week ago and I still haven't gotten a response.
