[2022] I bought this game for my cousin but after he nearly completed the tutorial he screamed and started crying. Did I do something wrong?

So I have a cousin (11yo) and he plays games like god of war, apex legends, Fortnite so I thought it would be a good game for him. He launched the game everything's cool, he kills the spider thingies but after some time one jumpscared him and he screamed the most fearful scream I ever heard. He then started crying and his dad was calming him and saying he shouldn't play this game. I don't know what to say.
