Specifically that era where everyone was trying to copy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. These cartoons all followed the same formula:
- Four dudes
- All color coded for your convenience
- They all had capital A Attitude™
- Constantly spout pithy catch phrases
- Engage in extreme sports like skateboarding
- Every episode was just slight permutations of the same basic plot structure
I could totally seeing this getting a couple seasons on Fox Kids. The space rig even feels like a deluxe playset with various cool gimmicks.
