[2022] Can we just appreciate how good world generator is. Those are the moments I play this game for.

Excuse me, WHAT?

Is there anywhere I can read up on how terrain is generated and how things spawn?

I know it won't be important for 99% of my playtime, but I do like reading up on those things on the off chance I find things that save me a bit of hassle.

One of the things I found out that changed how I look at the game is the swarm generation process, and now I'm curious if there's a way for me to know generally where/when to look for crafting minerals, etc.
