[2022] Are memes based on the S02: Rival Escalation wallpaper banned?

I - and apparently at least one more person - tried to post a meme based on the S02 Rival Escalation wallpaper. It got tagged as a repost of the original wallpaper by u/RepostSleuthBot.

Later, on another PC, I found out the post didn't show up in neither front page feed nor in search. I tried to contact the mods to ask if it god deleted, but got no reply. (There's a chance they're getting flooded with people reposting unedited wallpaper and might have auto-dismissed me as a whining reposter, perhaps?)

I added a big, fat, visible black text in the center of red light. It, again, got tagged by u/RepostSleuthBot as a repost of the wallpaper, and when I double-checked in new reddit layout, it turned out that both of my post were, indeed, removed.

I've checked both the old and the reddit layout, and I don't see any link to banned template formats in the rules section on the sidebar.

Did this meme template got banned?
Or do we have a misconfigured repost bot with auto-delete privileges?
(Or is there a robot conspiracy hell-bent on preventing you from learning the inconvenient truth about certain Perks?)
