[2021] Supporter dlc not showing up in game (Pc, Gamepass)

Hey all, I'm not sure where else to go for this issue b/c Microsoft cant seem to help, but as the title states I bought the supporter upgrade and didn't receive any of the items in game. I found two other recent posts with people complaining about the same issue (links below). I've done everything I can do on my end to try to get this to work but it seems to be a bug with the current patch of the game. Does any one have a solution? Can anyone point me in the correct direction for me to solve this? Thanks.
