[2022] Black screen on startup?

Has anybody else been having the issue where you start the game and the game just freezes at a black screen after the ghost ship logo? I’ve tried restarting my pc, checking for steam updates, and eve uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game but it’s still just stuck on the black screen every time I start it.

Anybody have a fix or experiencing the same thing?
