[2021] What's between green beard and grey beard?

So with all the talk about green beards and stuff, I was wondering how you guys decide, when someone stops being a green beard and at what point someone is considered a grey beard.

Also what is inbetween these two states of beardness?

Is it just ... a beard?

I myself would neither consider to be a green beard nor would I have the audacity to call myself a mighty grey beard, since I am currently only sitting on roughly 75 hours of play time, however am quite confident in haz 3 and 4 in knowing what to do and stuff.
