[2022] This game has been out for 10 months on console and none of the hundreds of friends, many of which I added on DRG, play the game anymore. I asked a few why and the answers are controversial.

The game is stale.

That was pretty much the main reason the 20 or so people I asked. I will state I still play the game daily and have tons of fun. It’s a great community. I still find it fun. Although do wish there was more content.

I asked one guy who played with me a lot and says he played on PC before the console drop for a more detailed response and this was it. What do you think about his response?

the games been out nearly a year and all we got were some guns, some skins, 1 new mission and some enemies. We got the occasional seasonal event here and there. Although it was just the same as any other weekly. You just got more skins. The idea there’s no paid DLC in the form of new missions or guns is cool. The scoreboard or whatever it’s call is cool cause it’s free and you can unlock it without paying. But what you get from it is pretty mediocre. We go months between updates and those updates add what I mentioned above. A few skins and a gun. Almost feels like gta level updates. Cars, guns clothes and a new ceo. This game is badly in need of more stuff to do. They have a gem on their hands but they’re just leaving it buried. I’ll come back for this new update coming soon just to see what’s new as I don’t really follow their news. But I doubt they’ll be enough to keep me playing more than 2 weeks. As I assume it’ll be the same old stuff.

I’ve since added more friends who play and keep enjoying the game. Just wild to see many long time players all feel this way. I’m sure many here will disagree. But I would like to hear from you.
