For a second year in a row the titan solstice helmet ornament does not glow.

Both the Refulgent Revelry helm and the new Lambent Luster helm PAID ornaments do not have any of the elemental glows. Both glows show up when you inspect the armor in eververse but do not when you apply the ornaments. Here is proof in game
