We've made a change to our bandwidth limits that our servers use. The goal of the change is to reduce teleporting enemies in certain activities. Some activities won't be affected by this change. RT @BungieHelp: Due to an issue, we have disabled the Piercing Sidearm Artifact mod.

We're investigating an issue where players aren't getting credit for the Jorum's Howl Triumph or the Forging Iron quest in Iron Banner. We've determined that credit won't count if wearing more than 5 IB armor pieces, which can be caused by wearing IB ornaments on top of IB armor
