I just recently played a GM, and i noticed that Coldsnap's recharge rate on champions are halved, it usually gives back half on impact (hitting the champ with the nade itself), then another half on tracking/freezing impact, now it just gives you half in total, (half of half from first and half of half from second). Is this an indirect nerf that is linked with getaway's nerf??

Just wanted to confirm that this is not intended behavior and we're currently investigating a fix.
