We wanted to take a moment to clarify some confusion we're seeing regarding Legacy focusing specifically with Trials Adept drops. Any weapon or armor piece NOT in Legacy focusing will still require the player to have unlocked that item through gameplay before it can be focused.

@chungy2552 Trials adept focusing requirements remain the same as previous seasons. You must go Flawless that week to focus the Adept weapon.

Some have noticed more blog posts over on http://Bungie.net. These will be reoccurring! We're excited because they allow our dev teams to speak more freely on the work they do. Plus, non-novel length TWABs for your enjoyment AND deeper dives into the evolution of Destiny 2.

Sometimes these will explore topics like the one we did last week with buildcrafting. Other times, they'll be diving a little deeper into some of the more nuanced changes like significant weapon reworks & sandbox tweaks. Always evolving, can't wait to share more on what's ahead!

@EmeraldPerson We can't promise every week, these types of blogs require lifts from quite a few teams and sometimes content is just lighter as the team works on what's next, but we're going to be using this format a lot for a variety of topics as often as possible 🙏
