I’m having trouble logging in to the d2 companion app. I enter my psn info and am greeted by an Access Denied page saying I don’t have permission to access the api and a reference number that changes every attempt. I still get a text message with my 2fa code. Has anyone else encountered this? I couldn’t find any way to contact bungie to open a ticket.
External link →We're currently looking into the 2 factor authorization issues - I apologize for the hassle! If you happen to have a different account linked to the same Bungie.net account (like a Blizzard or XBox account), you can use that as your login mechanism for the time being. If you don't have a second account linked, unfortunately we won't have a good workaround until we resolve this issue with Sony.
