[2021] Bungie: The Redrix's weapon. Once unlocked, can we pick up multiple copies or only a 1-time drop ever?

Question: Some weapons I like SO much that I like to get 1 for each of my 3 characters so I don't have to always be transferring them over using DIM.

Once unlocked, will Shaxx have it available for you to pick up anytime during the season? Or will it only be given 1 time and never gain?

And by some sheer chance someone accidentally deletes it, is it gone forever? Or would we be able to go back to Shaxx and see it available for us to pick up again?
