Hey, head's up. When you purchase from Bungie's store - when you hit check out, you get thrown back to the queue, you don't get order confirmation immediately. Once you're redirected back to the store, all of your items aren't displayed from your bag. Please don't purchase the items again because this will result into duplicate orders.

Me being an idiot thought Bungie's store was broken so I repurchased the items again since I didn't get any emails from Bungie of the order confirmation immediately. My bank didn't notify me of the orders as well until 15 minutes later, the order was "confirmed" by Bungie via email, in which my bank just notified me of the $600+ worth of charge

I can't even submit a support ticket because Bungie's ticketing system is busted.

Edit: I completely agree that it's my fault but but the implementation of queue times on checkout pages certainly didn't help. When you click to complete the order, you get requeued to access the store again, once you gain access - you don't get order confirmation, you don't retain the previous check out page, nor are you redirected to a thank you for your order page. When you gain access after requeuing, you lose items from your bag, you also have the same view as someone who just accessed the store for the first time.

It's then compounded by not getting any confirmation from Bungie immediately after you get requeued. So literally nothing in the website is informing the customer of the completion of order, and their email notification didn't trigger immediately.
