@Destiny2Team: We've identified an underlying issue regarding Dawning weapons not being focusable and not dropping with double perks after unlocking Eva's upgrade. We are rapidly working toward a resolution.

This issue is now resolved!

We have issued a fix to Dawning Weapon Focusing.

Dawning weapons now correctly have a chance to drop with extra perks in the left and right columns after obtaining the Perky Presents and Perkier Presents upgrades on Eva Levante in the Tower.
