Remote, hybrid, return-to-office, oh my. Many people have strong opinions on what the future of work should look like, or how all the unknowns in the broader world are going to shake out. I don’t have all the answers, but I’d like to share how we’ve approached this tangled web for Bungie engineering.
Disclaimer: This series presents a story from the perspective of a single discipline, Engineering. In fact, many groups at Bungie were simultaneously grappling with these challenges, with lots of independent experimentation and cross-pollination of thinking. While Saint-14 is on a much deserved rest, Lord Saladin will depart and return to Caiatl's fleet soon.

Young Wolves and Iron Lords alike should go acquire or gild their Iron Lord title!

On my personal side, it’d suck to see the positives go. Lots of wonderful memories/interactions/feedback came from here. Put a quite a bit of work into this account. Ultimately, learned a lot while on here and will rebuild elsewhere if possible.

Re: Current state of Twitter

Can’t let myself spiral or fret over the potential of failure. Keeping a keen eye on what other options could rise.

I hope the friendships and communities built here can migrate & thrive. It can be hard to keep it all together when shifting spaces.
