Hey there! Sorry to hear that you're running into issues acquiring enough Dream Shards, specifically from Critters! There's actually a trick with most of them vs. Squirrels who allow you to walk right up to them.

I've spoiler tagged their solutions below:

Rabbit: Favorite food, vegetables! To approach, chase them three times and they should let you interact.
Turtle: Favorite food, seafood NOT fish. To approach, once they go in their shell, stand still and wait for them to pop their head out, and walk over to interact.
Raccoon: Favorite food: Berries. This is a more difficult approach pattern. Wait until they are on their hind legs and dash forward slightly. If they stand up, stop moving immediately, and only move forward once they've sat back down.

Hey there! Sorry to hear that you ran into issues with your rewards. Your rewards are locked to your platform account, and not a specific save file, so you should have received them.

Hi! Before attempting to change your shirt into the Scrooge quest one, make sure to unequip any full body clothing (Dresses, overalls, etc.) and remove any Jacket/Sweaters that may cover it up!

The first step of porting your Avatar to Disney Dreamlight Valley will be to make sure that your Avatar is wearing exactly what items you want to keep from the Avatar Designer Tool. ✨Dream Shards Update✨

We're happy to report that the Dream Shards mail should be rolling out to all players now.

Thank you so much for your patience!

It turns out there are quite a few mailboxes in Dreamlight Valley!

The Dream Shards will take slightly longer than anticipated arriving in your game. We'll keep you posted with further status updates here ✨

📫Check Your Mail📫

We're sending each Valley Villager 25 shiny new Dream Shards! Just make sure you're set to online to collect.

Use them wisely! Shards are essential for finishing certain quests, so we recommend holding onto spares instead of converting them to Dreamlight ✨

As we move into next week, we will confirm the locked update timing with you so you can plan accordingly.

We have even more fixes in the works for future updates and will continue to keep you in the loop! ✨
