[2021] Desire for a specific type of server

Im wanting a specific type of server or gameplay, but wouldnt know where to look or if its even feasible. Something RP-like, without having to deal with the actual roleplay character elements. The game has enough baked in for me in terms of playing a profession and running a government that im interested and want to be involved, this is something a lot of servers have and is great, but where i get lost is in the landscape and buildings.

While i understand its not the most practical, i care a good bit about how the world looks. I get bummed seeing huge wal-mart like buildings or floating roads because theyre cheap or most efficient. Put some supports on the roads! Add more shapes to your house! Sure it is time consuming and expensive, but its appealing and feels more realistic at a certain level. I dont deny its silly, but i crave immersion most. I feel like the only hope of that is something light-rp ish, but it likely comes at the cost of an overcontrolling admin. Any advice or suggestions on where to look?
