[2023] What are good pollution settings for 20 or so people?

As the title says.
I have mucked around for a while but trying to find good settings for 20 people on a server. we have done this before and found that pollution ever became an issue so it felt like we were missing part of the challenge.

So what are some settings people do to make this work better.
