I had a bunch of people ask me for simple cheap housing setups that can be made relatively early, so here we go.

Kitchen: 3x3

Butchery table and an Icebox can be made early on, and the table needs 25 meters to function so effectively you have a 3x3x3 room. feel free to decorate the floor with chairs/table and a rug I used a bigger rug and skipped the chair as I was soft capped by the t1 materials used in this compact build.

Oh and i mounted a bison head on the wall. any stuffed head works.

General: 2x2

a table chair and stuffed head, if you cant make cabinets yet, place a pot. If you are willing to spend on space, feel free to place a rug as well.

Bathroom: 2x3

Latrine, chair, rug and obligatory stuffed head. Again if you cant afford the cabinets, place a pot with a plant.

Once someone can make you a sink/bath and toilet, feel free to upgrade, though you may need more than a 2x3 for this room.

Bedroom: 3x2

Bed, rug and stuffed head, if you don't have cabinets yet a pot or padded chair works well.

This was my totals for the build until I upgraded the rooms to t2, but as you can see it adds a decent amount, especially when you don't have great food yet.

Seems we need to introduce m³ requirements for furniture earlier ;P
