[2021] Anyone ever have the thoughts of airplanes (small floaters and such) to be in ECO? i was thinking of this and i think it would be sooo cool to build a airport and get airplanes late game, like past excavator level and add another skill something to do with airplanes. hopefully it’s just not me!

They are, trains are not even in the works and likely won't be at least until we leave EA. As far as planes go we have absolutely not even plans for that right now.
