Server Description: We are a mostly 18+ crew looking for dedicated players that are interested in destroying the meteor. We are interested in creating an environment for new players to take their time figuring out the game. Experienced players are welcome, but only if you are interested in helping new players (this is not the server for you if you are an experienced player interested in exploiting new players). Our last wipe was on 2/10. We encourage ALL players to join the Discord for rules, updates, and community.

New Features:

1. We will begin with BASIC infrastructure:
   1. Government building with a registrar. We have a constitution with basic laws:
      1. Tree debris cleanup.
      2. Hunting across property claims.
      3. Roads are protected.
      4. Abandoned players' property will be unclaimed after 7 days if no law is otherwise passed.
2. Main road/superhighway district to encourage road building/settling spread.
3. We will be holding 1-3 treasure hunts, including the Ecko statue, based off interest.
4. After destroying the meteor, we often build a racetrack and have some fun, including freebuilding, based off interest.

Server Rules - we've made significant updates to the rules!:

1. Be kind to your fellow players. We have zero tolerance for anything racist, homophobic or disrespectful. This includes griefing, spamming chat, harassing other players and being disrespectful towards admins and other staff.
2. Land claims are to be used to protect your property. You may not claim a resource that you are not immediately investing into. It is your responsibility to make this obvious
   1. Examples of investment:
      1. Ramps to the resource
      2. Elevators stockpile or otherwise
      3. Resource processing on site
      4. Construction of a building for a clear purpose
      5. Clearing or leveling land.
      6. Planting or replanting You may not claim land adjacent to another player’s claim without their permission. The only exception to this, is in the case where your primary residential commercial or industrial operation naturally abuts that other player’s existing claim. This means that:
      7. You may and should claim any resource that you have invested substantial time and effort into. It is not the responsibility of the admins to protect anything that you have left unclaimed.
      8. Neighboring, competing claims should have a strip of unclaimed land in between them. The resources in this space are available to either person. Get in there and take it, do not complain when it’s not there.
      9. Land claims are a valuable resource which should be used to protect yourself and your investments.
      10. Ore deposits can be very large, it is to be expected that multiple people might have legitimate claims to different parts of the same deposit.
      11. Towns happen, when they do expect land to become scarce in that area. If you don’t want neighbors, claim that land.
      12. Don’t be rude with your land claims.
      13. Don’t be rude in general.
      14. Work with your neighbors, this is a collaborative game. Don’t make unnecessary issues for the admins when you can just talk to each other.
      15. Being technically correct is cool but it is less important than being respectful. Admins are fully within their rights to resolve disputes according to this principle
      16. “I didn’t know!” is not an excuse for not following the rules.
3. Roads are used by everyone. Please do not block, damage or take roads in anyway unless you are upgrading them.
4. We do not tolerate Alt accounts. Anyone found having alt accounts playing will have it banned with no warning.
5. Do not pilfer unclaimed stockpiles of Active players.

With the exception of alt accounts, breaking the rules will result in a warning, then a temporary ban, then a permaban.
