The room you show is registering, as you can see in the bottom right corner.
Can you give us more details as to what the exact problem is and make screenshots of every room?

Please show us screenshots of each of the rooms that do no longer work, without screenshots I'll not be able to help. Make sure the rooms are separated and contain no crafting tables, are claimed and have solid roofs and corners filled.

Sad to hear that. Feel free to post with the necessary information again if the issue ever re-appears and we'll take a look on it :)

You can only receive housing SP from a single deed (your residency) and deeds cannot be connected without being continuous, correct :)
