[2021] Voting on Constitution

We're trying to pass the vote for the constitution, but when the voting screen comes up after clicking on the ballot box in the top right, it directs to a website opened on chrome. Other players on the server (hosted by me) can't access the website after clicking yes when it prompts to open a browser window. If no is selected when prompt, the in-game window just closes and nothing happens.

Is there a way to vote on the proposed constitution in game? Link doesn't work for other players when opened on an internet browser window.
