[2021] Game Crashes when placing down furniture or crafting tables after 9.2

Please make sure you aren't and weren't using mods though, we cannot offer support for modded games and especially in this Update mods unfortunately broke quite a lot of saves.

Your Housing XP is gone because you didn't set your new deed to be your residence yet. Open your deed where the house is on and set it as residence, maybe this fixes it.
