Recently, some friends and I started up a server. Today, we started to get a government set up. Whenever we go to the website to vote on proposed laws, we get a message preventing us from casting our vote. Mine says "Error: User 'Barrbarian' is banned on this server." They are all the same except the name changes for each person, obviously. None of us are banned. We can still play on the server, and one of us is even the admin. Is this something we did wrong when we set things up or is there a way to fix this? Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE

Workaround discovered:

- Create account on the website.

- Link Steam account.

- Restart game.

- Voting should resume working.

Did you change your Steam Name after joining?

I did not.

As the two reports here are the only ones, we'd need the cooperation of the server admin question, especially their Users.eco file to investigate this. Maybe you can reach out to them and direct them to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])?

Can you, other than voting, interact with the Elections page in any way? Like posting comments?

Hey! I am from the Empire RP server and we are also having the same issue. Says the whole server is banned when we try to vote. We did Barrbarians suggested work around, which does work, but it is a pain and limits how many people will actually vote. Thank you for your time!

The issue comes from a invalid ban in the Users.eco file - check for a ban entry that has no name, but only a ban date and remove it, that will fix the issue.

Looks like this, maybe with a different date:

            {
              "ReleaseDate": new Date(
                1780905577921
              )
            },
