[2021] Is it possible to increase product yield?

I'm wondering if it's possible to increase the number of items you get when you make certain products. Take smelting iron ore as an example. Is there a way to increase the number of iron ingots from 1 to another number when smelting them? For instance making 10 iron ingots with the required materials of only 1 iron ingot.

I've spent the last hours looking through the files in the Mods-folder, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Does anyone know?
